If I remember correctly it was basically The Flintstones with a teenage Pebbles and Bam Bam, and they had friends, and they had a band.
I'm pretty sure it was your standard Saturday morning fair, not a Sonny and Cher type prime time show (unlike The Flintstones, which was originally aired in prime time).
