From what I can recall from one of Dwayne's videos, she was an "ill" person whose friends had stopped hanging out with her. I put ill in quotes, because she had some secret, undiagnosed disease which required her to occasionally have to be in a wheelchair, and to suffer random seizures. Maybe she was really sick and just explained it poorly, but it seemed to me that she was an attention whore.
