It's been to long since I've seen the movie to really care, but I do remember the movie is evidence for always having a safe word.
I don't know the context at all, but I have to admit that is a well-designed alien.
I never saw this. I have no idea how to react. If the rest of the movie is as freaky as the alien, I'm inclined to see it. Also, surprise Bette Davis.
For those who've never seen it, long story short: this is a way darker, scarier, weirder ending to an already very strange movie.

It's dated, but it's one of thsoe great films from back when Disney was experimenting with films designed for older kids.
The home video trailers for this used to creep me out.
This movie scared the shit out of me as a kid. If they had included that alien I would have flipped out.
