The show consisted of a panel of Nickelodeon "celebrities" who would try to guess a kid's hidden talent. In this case, the hidden talent is letting a dog eat out of her mouth?

The annoying commentary is unfortunate.

No, her talent was a high tolerance for disgusting things. The unfortunate part is that this video does not show her next act. Her next act is following the dog around for an entire day and sniffing/licking all the things that the dog sniffs and licks.
