I got this video from a french profile, so this movie was probably called les rats de manhattan to french cult collectors and Blood Kill in america.
Rovin It's a Bruno Mattei "film." The proper English title is "Rats - Night of Terror," though, oddly, apparently the "Blood Kill" title was used only on the trailer.
Bruno Mattei films are best watched under heavy doses of alcohol.

sheikurbouti I think it's great that The Bee Gees made a French horror film about rats in Manhattan with an inexplicable title.
King of Balls Bruno Mattei might have a thing with rats… in the other movie of his I've seen (Virus, A.K.A. Zombi [some number beyond 2]) a rat SPOILERS! gets into a guy's biohazard suit and bugs him.
