How DARE a presidential candidate suggest that the country they're trying to lead isn't totally and utterly perfect in every single way!
Seriously, the U.S. needs to hear more of this shit and less of WOOOOO USA #1.
Nice attempt at trolling, though.

Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Dear HamedTurban,
Nothing I said there is revolutionary or insulting.
The definition of Left Wing is taking a stance of wealth redistribution, generally allied with liberal social values.
Democrats are the left-wing party.
Blacks vote democrat 90% of the time because they're left wing.
Sharia law and democracy don't work well.
Which of these statements do you have a problem with?
|
The Great Hippo - 2008-08-20 Actually, one of the reasons I'd say conservatism isn't conservatism anymore is because they're also into wealth distribution. They've long abandoned the view of pure capitalism and actually actively seek to move wealth from the bottom to the top--I mean, LITERALLY, that's what they're trying to do. I don't think they're doing this out of a philosophical point or anything; it's just been the natural evolution of pandering to business interests. Not that liberals don't pander too; conservatives just do it MUCH MORE (because big business tends to like them more, naturally).
Really, in the end, it's probably going to take a decade or two of liberal economics to undo all the damage the 'conservative' economics have done.
|
|
The Great Hippo - 2008-08-20 Actually, there was a time when conservatives were pretty much saying "FREE MARKET!" (of course, just because they said it didn't mean it was true). Way back in the early 20th century, the whole laissez faire thing (plus social darwinism--kind of ironic considering conservatism's take on evolution now, and how they always cite social darwinism as a negative 'result' of it). Of course, in the end, the conservatives showed their true colors in the end--suddenly screaming "WE NEED GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION!" the moment those magical self-regulating corporations on unicorns (aka, Unions) they always claimed would appear actually *DID*.
This concludes my fucked up history lesson.

Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 The problem that I have with liberals is that they are blatantly secularist/atheist/anti-Christian pieces of shit like Gayleen, but when they make speeches they paint themselves as tolerant lovers of Christianity and Islam, as if all religions can be right and don't make mutually exclusive claims that cohesively oppose everything Democratic.
What... what?
|
grimcity - 2008-08-20 God of the Old Testament was an authoritarian thug, killing more people than anyone in the entire Bible.
Jesus, however, hung out with whores, chilled at a club house with his homies, used his godmajiks to make booze, hung out with Satan without ever once trying to punch him, and was pretty much a hippie. Jesus: Help the poor, be humble, be especially kind to those that seem doomed. Pretty fucking liberal, yeah?
...that is, if he existed.
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Jesus was just as much about salvation as damnation, you twat, and he was pretty authoritarian about it. He spent time with hookers and drunks, but keep in mind that he commanded them to "go forth, and sin no more."
I'm tired of your liberal garbage. Go read the bible, and shut the fuck up until after you get out of college for a few years.
|
baleen - 2008-08-20
I love Christians and I've said so many times before, Billy.
But who am I talking to, you don't read.
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 I'm sorry, Grimcity. That was rude of me. I was just reall annoyed by your false depiction of Jesus... I'll keep cool around you from now on.
|
Hooker - 2008-08-20 He's black, and we need to take time to consider that. Liberals are outrageously secular, which we need to be careful of.
Billy Buttsex is an obvious troll. You guys need to stop feeding him. If I were a troll and I got these walls of text with the most minimal effort, I'd be loving it.
|
baleen - 2008-08-20
After I crushed Billy Buttsex in the fap threads of 07-08 I moved on. Looking at what I wrote under this clip I didn't even bother to compose coherent sentences.
Talking to Billy makes me feel like a tired mother, heavily doused in percocet, turning to her diapered infant and telling him to stop whining about poopoo people and whatever else is in his closet that night.
I don't care about the poopoo people in your closet billy, go back to bed.
|
IrishWhiskey - 2008-08-20 ''I see how "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country" can be considered offensive.''
Yeah, but only because its out of context. Michelle Obama repeated hundreds of times in stump speeches how she was proud of her country as ''for the first time'' change, hope, new voters, etc. Then she misspoke and said it in the wrong order as ''for the first time' she's proud of her country as change, hope, new voters, etc
Its repeating the same sentence 10,000 times and a small verbal mistake, not intended as a disparagement of her patriotism.

sheikurbouti - 2008-08-20
Voting for Obama won't make me feel any better. Knowing people like Billy Buttsex lay awake at night hating him already makes me feel great.
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Actually, I lay awake at night hating myself.
|
zatojones - 2008-08-20 that's funny I often times find myself hating you too

Propaganda Rule #1: Always distort your opponent's message.
|
glendower - 2008-08-20
The whole patriotism question is an absurd non-issue used as propaganda by the McCain campaign: If you're running for president, that means that you think some politicians before you did bad things and that America was led astray. Obama is upset about slavery...is that wrong?
|
Stog - 2008-08-20
BIRRY BUTTSEX BUTTSEX BUTTSEX BUTTSEX
I can't wait until Obama is president. Having John McCain would be a complete goddamn nightmare after eight years of President Fuckface.
|
Camonk - 2008-08-20
Now, I'm younger than Michelle and Barrack, but depending on where you start the counter for "adult life" I'm pretty sure I couldn't say I've been proud of America in mine, either. Luckily, Obama's gonna get elected and I'll be able to say it. You geniuses wanna tell me something America's done to be proud of in the last 10 years? We lost a space shuttle, a major US city, a war, economic well-being, environmental protections, international standing...
|
|
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Thank you Fezren, for standing up for our country. Apparently, massive humanitarian endeavors don't count for anything on this site, at least to everyone else.
|
|
Camonk - 2008-08-20 Guys, humanitarian aid is great. It's just too bad that out of major industrialized nations, we give the smallest percentage of our overall GDP in humanitarian aid. Also we're one of the few representative democracies without universal suffrage. So that's hardly a reason to be proud of America. People like Fezren's brother-in-law are there in spite of American policy, not because of it.
|
Camonk - 2008-08-20 More things we lost: a budget surplus, a massive landmark, 3000 lives in a preventable terrorist attack, the chance to capture and actually bring justice to Osama bin Laden, our moral high ground when we stooped to torture, our moral high ground again when we tried to deny the basic human rights which we are supposed to champion to prisoners captured in our illegal war, the chance to do something good in Iraq, the chance to keep the Taliban out of Afghanistan...
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Carmonk: is the percentage of humanitarian outlays a total of all egalitarian expeditures, or only expenditures made by the US government?
Gimme stats.
|
Stog - 2008-08-20 STATS:
Billy Buttsex likes to stuff the American flag up his ass in order to keep the darkies from escaping.
|
Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 What *percentage* of the American flag?
|
Merkwuerdigeliebe - 2008-08-20 Some things to be proud of in the '80s and '90s (Mrs. Obama's "adult lifetime;" minus the George W. Bush years):
1983 US Invasion of Grenada
1985 US Becomes Debtor Nation (For the first time since 1914, the United States owed more money to foreigners than it was owed.)
1985 Reagan Tax Reform & Reaganomics
1988 Iranian Passenger Jet Downed By US In a case of mistaken identity
1989 US Troops invade Panama
1989 The first Liver Transplant The first liver transplant, using a live donor, took place at the Chicago Medical Center.
1990 Gulf War Begins On August 2 (Iraq invades Kuwait)
1991 Hubble Telescope Launched
1992 Police officers found "Not Guilty" of attacking Rodney King by an all-white jury
1993 Waco, Texas
1995 Mexican Bailout
1995 Murrah (OKC) Federal Building Destroyed by Blast in Revenge for Waco
1995 O.J. Simpson--"Not-Guilty"
1997 Mars Pathfinder Lands
1998 Republicans lose seats in Congressional elections
1999 Clinton bombs Kosovo
1999 President Clinton Impeached

Billy Buttsex - 2008-08-20 Hey Mbuku: all those people deserved it.
|
Fezren - 2008-08-20
Washington In 2006, U.S. military commands plan 556 humanitarian projects in 99 countries.
U.S. forces are improving water supplies in Ecuador, flood barriers in Bangladesh, a medical clinic in Uganda and schools in Kyrgyzstan. Military experts train local residents to remove land mines in Nicaragua and Vietnam.
By year-end, the U.S. military will have delivered 300,000 daily-rations packages overseas. Soldiers will have dug wells, built schools, and transported hospital equipment to villages from Croatia to Colombia. The Army will have trained officials from 11 African countries Kenya, Ethiopia, Egypt, Eritrea, Djibouti, Seychelles, Burundi, Congo, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania to respond to disasters and deliver medical care.
Just the first thing I found on Google. There is plenty to be proud of, and also plenty that disappoints me.
|
Fezren - 2008-08-20 That was meant to be a reply.
|
|
IrishWhiskey - 2008-08-20 Yeah, everyday around you, (hopefully) there's evidence of things to be proud of. Even in the government, believe it or not. Unfortunately that exists side-by-side with the bad, instead of making up for it. Humanitarian efforts and protection of civil liberties don't cancel out torture and corruption, but have to be acknowledged together if we want any chance to keep moving forward.
In order to be proud of our country, we have to see it for what it is, not what we'd rather pretend it is. And in order to make things better, we have to remember that we have done great things to overcome greater challenges in the past.

glasseye - 2008-08-20
Oh billy, you special troll. So full of bile and lies. So precious!
|
Cleaner82 - 2008-08-20
America is not a piece of shit Billy and it's pretty shameful that you would say such a thing. Don't you love our country anymore?
|
Thatcher Pennywhistle - 2008-08-20
Billy, you're getting a lot better at this. I especially like:
"Dear HamedTurban,
Nothing I said there is revolutionary or insulting."
|
HarrietTubmanPI - 2008-08-21 Agreed completely. It could also be a passing insult to Harriet Tubman.
So I guess Billy doesn't like those uppity black women.

Republicans: EVERYTHING IS FINE! WE ARE WINNING! WE ARE WINNING AT EVERYTHING! CARRY ON NORMALLY! UNLIMITED OIL. UNLIMITED CREDIT. UNLIMITED MONEY.
Democrats: Perhaps we should appraise our situation and make some adjustments for the good of all future generations.
Republicans: Traitors! Blasphemers against the Pharoah and the God of America!
Democrats: Well, I'm just saying that maybe--
Republicans: TRAITORS.

There's a curse word in the title of this submission.
|
Cleaner82 - 2008-08-20 We should get Billy branded NSFW. I am now officially tired of his monkey shines.

Hooper_X - 2008-08-20 That would just be another example of Chet's liberal bias, sir.

America is so awesome though, which is why we have free health care, great free education, and no corruption in our government.
