"No, really, you literally CANNOT breed--"

Part 5 is going to end with a horrible abomination baby.

The last two episodes of "There She Is" seem to conflict with the conclusion of the first - where the protagonist cat sees all the other kitty/bunny couples about.

Also, when did this series get so dark? What the hell? Step One was awesome because it was relentlessly cute!
In the next episode! Cat genocide! Don't miss it!

Cats will find a way to make genocide cute.

Proof: They've been plotting our genocide for centuries and we all know it. But we don't care because KITTIES!

I thought they never saw kitty/bunny couples, that was the point of the series. The two are Forbidden, as a metaphor for racism in Korea. Could also work for homophobia, in a way straights can understand.

There was a long stretch between Pt 2 and Pt 3.. I bet the author decided to give it a sad ending because all most people were getting from it was "AWWWW CUTE", not "Society can be so cruel".

Hey, I loved the first episode too, but this is just angst set to terrible music.
These stars are mostly for bringing it to my attention. I really don't care for the angst either, nor the song. Ah well.

I like how the direction takes a more minimalist turn here. Song's not too bad as far as Korean rock goes.

But as soon as the cutesy-wootsy hedgehog died, HE CROSSED THE LINE.

You guys have this all wrong:

It's a cartoon about a cutsy kitty and bunny

taking a dark, tragic turn

with a sad end:

Seriously, cutsy kitties and bunnies constitute
the only acceptable milieu for angst.
I agree with this sentiment.

You know, I figured I would hate an angsty turn, yet the shift here is so dramatic that it works pretty well. It's dark in the same way that the first one was cute.

This is turning into some seriously upsetting stuff.
