It's possible, but difficult this day and age. As a lapsed weeaboo, the best you can do is take it one day at a time and try not to fucking kill your classmates when they fucking start nerding out in class.

I'm just kind of a freak for languages and Japanese stuck. I've always been interested in international cultures...learning Hungarian was fun too, but I don't remember much (s is pronounced esh and "csokolom!"...I guess I'm getting to the age where "csokolom" would be an appropriate greeting for me *creaking*).

As for the Gegege no Kitaro...I dunno, how can you not love a show where a guy gets crushed by a Moai?

I think if fellows like myself and Caminante are any indication, the trick is to come to terms and just stop worrying so much about it. Whichever you are will sort it out self in end.

That being said, I think that after poeTV introduced me to the likes of Care Bears Stars and Magic Heart and the Whatever Warriors, the animation and direction here are downright component. The audio production, while done on a pretty bleh song, is also quite competent. If nothing else, it's a goofy thing for these kids to include on a demo reel without having their HEY GUYS I WANNA WORK 4 U letter being thrown out with haughty laugther.
