Pamela Finklestein here coming to you with a most incredible turn of events. Not only has the once-powerful corporate broadcasting giant been thoroughly crushed and defeated, but now as luck would have it, they've been completely stripped of their license by the FCC.

Man, I never thought I'd ever be entertained by Shepard Smith again after he left Miami local news.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?

Hey, I heard Obama once tried to bomb the capitol in the 60s...

What was that an ad for? I wanna see the whole thing.

This probably isn't exactly what they are advertising, but this is an hour and a half documentary about the terrorist group in question. It's quite interesting as a lot of the members are now basically normal everyday people.

Yeah the excuse used at Arby's everywhere. Way to raise the bar, Fox.

Fox has all the journalistic integrity of Weekly World News without the charm of Bat Boy.

I'd rather read WWN than watch Fox News any day.

Thanks to WWN, I now know that raw sewage is being sold for hamburger meat in Japan.

I also learned that Hans Christian Anderson hated children and ate human flesh.

And in past 5 presidential elections, aliens have backed the Democrats. (They supported George H.W. Bush in 1988.)

Also, in 1993, in celebration of President Clinton's victory, the alien ambassador brought his infant son for Hilary to hold (THEY GOT PHOTOS TO PROVE IT!).

But perhaps most importantly Elvis REALLY died of heart failure after a diabetic-induced coma in 1994, AND his waitress wife at the time was pregnant with his child!

But, of course, that death was a ruse, as he had fled to France to avoid paying child support.

THEN, he came out of hiding AGAIN in 1997 to voice his disapproval over his daughter's marriage to Michael Jackson.

Apparently, Elvis is now working with his personal trainer in Paris, getting in shape for a worldwide comeback tour this March!

...Is that really any sillier than the constant celebrity-obsessed scenarios that Faux Snooze gives us?

Something else but the Huffington Post!

jangbones
Do you know why you think the Huffington Post has no journalistic integrity? You heard about it on Fox News.

facek
So far from what I can tell the claim of illegality is based on whether the 501(c)4 foundation in question receives donations from corporations. It doesn't have to disclose records, there, end of the article..... unless you're the Huffington Post.

They speak about the issue at hand in the first 2 paragraphs and then pretend the assumption of corporate donations is a fact and continue to drone on about the definition of an Electioneering Communication.

Bill Ayers is a jerk :(

The ad appears to cross the line into advocacy by a corporate-funded group - something expressly forbidden by the McCain(!)-Feingold law. It would need to be proven in court, but all the major networks (Fox included) had decided it was too hot and would likely lead to litigation if they ran it.

That was beautiful..

"DO YOU KNOW OBAMA? Well....if you remember back in the 1940s there were these people called Nazis. They were led by Hitler. Hitler was evil and said that he wanted to kill ALL JEWS EVERYWHERE. Hitler advocated killing everyone in his path. In fact, Hitler advocated killing EVERYONE. Hitler's name was HITLER....then..*click*"

OOPS.

I was going to vote for this Obama guy, but after finding out that an unrelated group staged an attack, during his childhood, on a building he had no connection to, for reasons he had no knowledge of, I'm not so sure!

I'm sad now. If things don't start getting better in the US in say the next 5 years, I'm going to ex-pat to somewhere quiet in latin america, or paris. preferably the countryside away from idiots. you'll be getting my opinions and video submissions from satellite. hmph@!
coprolalia
We will follow you.
You'll taste corn syrup in the baguettes.

SpookyElectric
there is no place quiet in latin america. we will pay the moral equivalent of our Founding Fathers to hunt you down. you will find the 'paris countryside' rather disappointing.

Vicious
Paris has the worst suburbs outside Stalingrad.
