To be fair, Minnesotans soon realized he was a crappy governor and voted him out. Only reason he got in was because of an unprecedented young-person vote that was all HELL YEAH 'THE BODY'
Best thing he did as governor was, when asked by Virginia to return a captured Civil War flag, he said something to the effect of, "Why? We won. It's ours. They're free to make another try at it, but I don't give them any better odds this time around."

I'm glad someone uploaded this clip because I had been wondering for years if it was just MY copy Running Man that made that little fart-noise after he first says "ARE YOU READY FOR PAIN??" I guess that's in the movie...
