I don't want to like her because her music always comes off as a little too sympathetic to "revolutionary" groups like the LTTE, but I just can't not dig that beat.

the beat is actually directly taken from a brazillian baile funk song made by a bunch of crazy coked up kids from the hills who make these insane beats on old beat up laptops and samples from the rocky trumpets.

this site conveniently links all these mp3's by the band funk neurotico who made this beat... and every single song on the site really put both MIA and diplo to shame.
