Are they related to the Rats of "Rat's Revenge parts 1 and 2" fame? (on a Back from the Grave album).

I don't think so, though their cover of the Sonic song "Psycho" is on that album.

Here's what a google search told me:

"The Rats cut a 45 earlier as by the Decades - A cool spooky instro called "Strange Worlds" with "C'mon Pretty Baby" on the flip. According to the Borderlinebooks.com website, the latter is on a comp called Follow that Monster. It doesn't mention a comp for "Strange Worlds," though, which is the better tune IMHO. Neither can touch the insanity of the Rats waxing, though."
