What I love about this election is that the blatant depths of stupidity that the Republican party has wholly embraced is now broadcast every day into everybody's living rooms.
Just in the last few days, we've seen SO MUCH raw hate and ignorance from the GOP base. It's probably done more to sway people to the Dem side than any campaign ad or speech.
These people (who probably also make up the 23% of the country that still approves of Bush) aren't just angry because they're losing. They're angry because this election represents a new cultural and demographic shift which renders them an outdated fringe group, and deep down, they know it.
