Yes, because as we all know, Polanski's life has been about nothing other than molesting children. Not all about being a brilliant film director, talented actor, survivor of the Nazi occupation of Germany (at the cost of his parents being murdered) and having your wife and unborn son murdered by a bunch of crazies.

Of course, if you actually, you know, KNEW anything at all about the legal case against Polanski, you might actually be in a position to discuss it and know what you were talking about. (like the fact that none of the charges except sex with a minor actually stuck because of lack of evidence)
