I know exactly what this is -- and i am not going to watch it for fear of wetting myself.
and it will sit on the shelf -- being eye balled for an eternity. gathering dust and waking me in the night.
One of my all-time favorite books. And the movie nearly does it justice.

I think we're seeing some honest-to-God low ratings due to childhood trauma.
I think it was a case of parents putting on a cartoon about bunnies for the kids then going off to do something else while the kids sat mesmerized in the darkened room learning life lessons, and not the nice kind.
My mom practically made me watch it, and I loved it and read the book like a hunnerd times.
I remember those childhood nightmares after this
