I never knew community organizers were so nefarious.

The republican talking head in this one is real. I was sure he couldn't be. But he's even got his own little blog:
Pretty generic MSM-bashing, but one good quote: "Karl Marx must look up from the fiery torments of Hell and smile."
Newsbusters is just about a laugh a minute. It's like a bunch of freepers went to a costume shop and bought a bunch of journalist costumes and decided to call their friends together to play Fantasy Magazine in their parents' basement.

Fascinating... I really am very curious as to how the Dems are going to tap into fundie Christians, who used to vote somewhat heavily Dem in coal and iron counties. Is it possible that poverty issues, or even green issues, can become equal in strenght to abortion and gayphobe issues?
My mom is a Catholic who works closely with veteran and environmental issues through Catholic services, and this got me interested in examining some of my prejudices regarding Christianity and their lack of interest in defending environmental initiatives.
By all accounts there is currently an awakening among many Christians on all sides of the spectrum that is demanding more of a Christian involvement in environmental issues.
Check it out.
Torture isn't very Christian, I hear. It hasn't been for a few hundred years at least.

Thanks for your contribution.
Don't mention it.
