dr_rock The FCC doesn't have any jurisdiction over them. They are on cable. It's a private network. You pay to watch MSNBC, just like HBO.
They are afraid of the network suits because if advertisers get offended and pull out, that's when heads will roll. To them, losing advertisers is FAR MORE terrifying than any FCC bullstuff.
