I know this will eventually be really helpful for disabled people, but just like the scooter; in the end it will mostly be used by fat people.

I'm betting the seat design will have to change to accommodate that market. Otherwise it'll be like seeing a bunch of fat people on bikes without seats

One of the potential "issues we encounter during testing:"
With subject wearing the device, a hardware error forces the machine's legs to full extension. The hips would give out first, grinding and popping, but at least you're 5 inches taller.

I'm sure the power these can put out isn't nearly strong enough to do that, but a guy can dream.

How long until we get full powered armor already? I want to put "Search and Destroy" by Iggy and the Stooges on endless repeat and run around blowing shit up as soon as possible.

I would like to see this modeled by a person who actually had a disability rather than a factory worker for 5 seconds or a showman from the Honda company.
But stars for the invention.
