Too bad the Pickens Plan is a bunch of bullshit and this man is largely responsible for coordinating the very shit that he's talking about in the early 80's. How funny that he happens to own massive amounts of natural gas interests (the process of extracting natural gas poisons our water supply anyway) and land along his proposed "wind corridor" from North Texas to the Dakotas.

The wind corridor is baloney too. It's all about far offshore wind farms now mixed with solar in the southwest. In his plan their would be windfarms stretching for a thousand miles, which might help some large land owners get richer but won't do much for the price of energy or the beauty of the landscape.
