It counts. He acted like he was gonna walk away, deception, then turned and punched the shit out of him, catching him completely off guard.
Sucker punches don't have to be undeserved.

zatojones - 2008-11-21 No a sucker punch is when one party is no longer in "fight" mode. When the boxer in the other video punched his opponent it was a sucker punch because the fight was over and the other guy was going over to hug the loser. This isn't a sucker punch because the dude who got punched was still taunting the puncher. Now if he had stopped and turned to walk away and *then* got punched it would have been a sucker punch.
