Nope, I don't see it. When I look at her, I suspect she's missing a couple base pairs, or perhaps has a few too many.
Their music was a watered down ripoff of many other bands, starting with Curve. Her voice is unremarkable. That decade spawned many female singers with very excellent voices (Sarah McLachlan) or distinct (Tori Amos, Fiona Apple). She is among neither, and seems like she would have the personality of a girl that wrote a lot of diaries in high school.
Also, evidently a dupe.
