StanleyPain The story behind that, in summary, is that there's a very, very creepy, small cult-fanbase for it and someone from them wrote the Wiki entry. In fact, if I recall, a POE proper entry from a long time ago was a website where some guy agonizingly goes into detail about the game, the levels, the level design, making extra levels using the engine, etc..
