A good Suicide cover AND a Horrors record that actually delivers- two rare things that are all the sweeter for happening simultaneously. This is from Blast First Petite's series of tribute 10"s released to celebrate Vega's 60th birthday; they're kind of scattershot (I never knew it was possible to fuck up "Mr. Ray," that song should be impossible to get wrong) but when they hit, like they do here and on Springsteen's version of "Dream Baby Dream" they're fucking fantastic.

Youtube's compression loses a lot of bass here, as usual- get a high quality mp3, or if you're rich, the actual 10"; it will rattle your speakers.
