Oh man, I miss those days too. This one one of the first couple of anime titles I watched, years ago, on VHS. One of these stars is for the nostalgia factor, at least.
Japanese studios don't care about making shows with good characters anymore, they just want to please all the lolita-fetish wackos out there.

Didn't dozens of people get killed because everyone was fighting over a jar of piss or something? It's been years since I watched this.
I remember getting pissed off because that song was keeping me from getting aroused at the Puma twins' striptease, and then feeling a little relieved that I didn't after they gunned down a bunch of cops.
