I keep thinking this movie came out way before Pulp Fiction. Still, it reinforced my crush on Frank Whaley.
Since I posted here by accident, let me add that Whaley looks like what I imagine David Lynch looked like before he encountered darkness.
Buddy Ackerman is one of the great unappreciated movie bastards.
I was working for Trimark Pictures when this came out -- best film they ever made, probably. That place was firmly committed to B- and C-movies.
I have packets of Equal and Sweet N Low printed with the movie logo from the office at the time. Some fun.
