I was disappointed to find that Tony's armor can't actually change form in the show like it does in the theme song. Also, when Tony hammers things it does not summon robot ghosts.

I dont think the animators story boarded how the suit gets made, which is why you see it being first formed with a hammer, then the whole thing somehow cast in a mould, and to finish it off some random welding of nothing specific.
