Your suspect already said he was "drunk", multiple times, and yet you carry on with your silly-assed field sobriety test, after which point you tell him you want to use the breathalizer, all the while doing your crappy man-on-the-street interview, just to demonstrate for your camera that you're incompetent?

citrusmirakel First of all, having your man say "hell yeah, I'm drunk" on video is evidence.
Secondly, field sobriety tests and portable breathalizers are just a way to determine if you're going to go down to the station and take the real sobriety test anyway, and they had already determined just cause for that.
