It IS Kosher. And it's revolting. This video doesn't show them stuffing the fish meat back into the skins, or the making of the jellied sauce it's served in. And you should be grateful to have been spared this.

It actually isnt that bad if done right. I look forward to it on occasion. If done badly it is gross.
