I was also thinking this. He looks like a guy whose basement holds many, many terrible secrets. Also, Steve would look really good if he shaved his head, changed his wardrobe and got some contacts. But then he would not be Steve.
I could listen to him talk all day. As creepy as it is, that man has a Garrison Keillor like quality to him.
Steve always reminds me of this episode of the X-Files where there is a criminal who is able to control people just by speaking.
