Also in the episode with Bill being censored off was supposed to be Harvey Pekar's first Letterman appearance since they switched networks. Harvey went to NYC and got paid to be on there and everything but got bumped because one of the other acts was on for too long. There's an entire issue of American Splendor devoted to it.
