Back when anime fans had a huge-ass hate boner for Saban.

How many shitty shows like this did Saban produce?
Doctor Arcane - 2009-02-07
all of them?

fluffy - 2009-02-07
Yes but how many were there?

Unmerciful Crushing Force - 2009-02-08
At the time.. uhh... MY BEARD TINGLES

Saban produced Power Rangers (of course), Masked Rider, Beetleborgs and this. VR Troopers was a little different from the others apparently in that it was syndicated instead of being on FOX and because of that, that the violence could be upped a little.

However Superhuman Samurai, despite a similar premise, was produced by DiC.

Unmerciful just summed up my childhood.

I watched this as a child; not all, but just enough. And like A History Of Violence, I tried hard to leave it behind.

I owned this video on VHS. It bears mentioning that the dog becomes able to talk at some point.
garcet71283 - 2009-02-08
I think that's in part 2.

Sorry I screwed up on the multi-part. There are only three actual parts to the video (half hour show). For some reason I thought if I tried to submit a blank field it would end the submit. I guess you just have to close the window.

I was a little surprised it wasn't posted already. I can't get over how bad this was. Even as a Power Rangers loving kid, when this came out I saw the first episode and said no thanks. There is a flying car at 3:41.
