No, this is more Fallout 3. Bioshock is more 1930's art deco.

It would have helped to zoom out in order to gain some perspective on the size. Still neat.
IFAIK it's a TV made from an oscilloscope tube and plans from a radio enthusiasts' magazine from maybe the 40s. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's several inches tall and about a foot on each side.
After the nuclear war we'll be watching poeTV on this
instead of our grandchildren dazzling us with the latest technology, we'll be amazing them with our jury-rigged TVs and radios made of scrap.
