Strange that this made it out of the hopper in less than 6 hours but it's trashed in the comments.
Also, it dropped off the main page - I saw it in the "recently rated" list.
Personally, I liked the little references to past shows put in especially for us Simpson's fans, like what's sitting on the conveyor belt in the store and the minor characters in the quick sweep across the hillside.
