It's called Bellini's Drive, I saw it on TV, I don't know where you can find it. He speaks and does not wear a towel.

If I recall correctly, the contest was held to win a chance to "Touch Paul Bellini."

this skit was formative for me in that it gave me the phrase, "I got a chub on!"
