"other guys won't have sex with them"?!?
That settles it, I'm moving to Japan.

Crap, I wanna be a japanese man-whore.
But seriously, women in japan are under-sexed?

This is a clip from a longer documentary called "The Great Happiness Space": http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0493420/
Well worth seeking out, since it's apparently no longer available on Google Video.

Fucking hell if I wasn't married I'd be making good money porking Japanese women.
O well, it's nice to dream.

5 for the woman who dumped her fiance so she could bone a manwhore. That is so awful.

/hr for sex? holy crap! Was that a typo? Because how could they be making tens of thousands a month? I'm confused about that.
A lot of it comes as sort of commission for getting women to spend money at the guys' respective clubs. I've seen the documentary in full (thanks Netflix!) and there was one scene where hosts were trying to get their dates to one-up each other into who could buy and shotgun the most expensive bottles of champagne... some of the girls would spend thousands of dollars in a night.
One of the more sobering realizations was that a lot of the girls making use of these guys are themselves prostitutes, so part of it's a weird and depressing ouroboros of sex workers and escorts.
What Chalkdust said.
You get the impression that these guys are emotional surrogates for women who work as physical surrogates.
And that all of them are drinking themselves to death, and slowly destroying any capacity to have relationships with other human beings.
To be fair, a lot of those women are hostesses, which is still a notch above outright prostitution. They're probably have a lot more paid sex with their client then their male equivalents, though.

Out of all the crazy Japan videos I have seen on Poe, this one is by far the most absurd. Even how they force conversation with girls passing by on the street without being told to fuck off truly defies all logic. Yet again it is Japan. Does gravity exist there?

I have a friend who works at one of these places. I didn't realize it was like that, though.
