I think at the time this first came on, one of my then local TV stations was showing this back to back with "She's the Sherriff".
All I can say is it lacked the comedic chemistry between Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis.
Oh and like all of these lousy direct-syndication sitcoms, it was a dumb, cheap piece of crap.
