Back when America was awesome.

NoCode - 2009-03-27

FUCK YES, everything made back in the day was awesome and Buster is not the least of the awesomeness.

glasseye - 2009-03-27

Epic.

Camonk - 2009-03-27

I love my everything about this video. Video, please make me the happiest poster on this site by accepting my hand in marriage.

PS: Did anyone ever say to Buster, Dude, you okay?

Bored - 2009-03-27

Buster was too busy kicking pain's ass in a gentleman's duel to notice anybody's concern.

splatterbabble - 2009-03-28

Marquess of Queensberry rules.

Triggerbaby - 2009-03-27

Suddenly, modern comedy seems so tired and petty.

grimcity - 2009-03-27

Made of awesome.

Mayberry Pancakes - 2009-03-27

SPLAT

wtf japan - 2009-03-27

Yeah. This is the stuff.

hornung - 2009-03-27

There's only about a hundred different things in those clips that are my favorite.

Menudo con queso - 2009-03-27

Chucking a railroad tie at another railroad tie to unblock the tracks FROM THE FRONT OF A MOVING FUCKING TRAIN.

Buster makes Jackie Chan look like a chump.

MrBuddy - 2009-03-28

Jackie Chan says his hero is hero and roll model is Buster Keaton.

Severian - 2009-03-27

A+++

Hooker - 2009-03-27

The original Jackass.

Cleaner82 - 2009-03-28

So glad I stopped by and checked this out.

Shit like this puts all modern stunt men to shame. Sorry all modern stunt men. Nothing personal. Safety regulations won't let you be this awesome.

Nicol - 2009-03-28

My lord. How brilliant.

Lauritz Melchior - 2009-03-28

Some of those stunts are incredible!

athodyd - 2009-03-28

I think one thing about Buster Keaton that a lot of people overlook is that if he ever put his talents to the cause of evil absolutely nothing could have stopped him.

Hooper_X - 2009-04-02

I would humbly suggest that Harry Houdini is the only one who could do the trick. (This was actually part of Houdini's act - he would escape from jail cells, prisons, etc. and top it off with "You guys had better be glad I'm a good man, because I'd be the mightiest criminal the world has ever seen.")

petep - 2009-03-29

his entire life was a kaizo mario world level

raeshaldis - 2009-03-29

This was amazing. It makes me further appreciate the time that the side of a house fell on Buster in Arrested Development and he went through the top window unscathed.

zatojones - 2009-03-30

Keaton was like "yo France check the 'parkour' bullshit out"

Xiphias - 2009-03-30

some of those stunts were clearly faked

DrVital - 2009-04-01

Fantastic.

IrishWhiskey - 2009-04-01

All this, AND the man played Batman. Wow.

Hooper_X - 2009-04-02

This ruled so hard. Amazing.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2009-04-02

:D

:D :D :D :D :D !!!!!!!!!!!

* * * * * !!!!!!!!!

Long Gone Daddy - 2009-04-05

Every God damned Looney Tunes animated gag was nothing more than a copy of a real trick he once did. Buster Keaton invented everything. I watch something released in the last year and I never once think, "How did they do that?" When I see this - every three seconds, "How the fuck did they manage to do that?" I know some tricks were involved, but fuck if I can see them.

duckofdeath - 2009-04-09

awesome

Sean Robinson - 2009-05-05

BUT Chaplin asks DID YOU EVER FUCK A MINOR?

TimidAres - 2010-04-24

Holy Shit.
I have a new hero.

The Mothership - 2017-07-01
