This has taken off like wildfire in the world of internet crazies/freepers. Everytime I hear it in a video, the story subtly changes until, eventually, the story is something like "SOME GUY I KNOW HEARD THIS CHIC SAY THAT SOME GUY SHE KNEW OVERHEARD OBAMA TALKING ABOUT CONTROLLING THE EARTH WITH A DEATH RAY THEN HE WAS ALMOST CAUGHT AND HAD TO JUMP OUT OF A WINDOW WHILE DODGING A HAIL OF BULLETS FROM THE MEN IN BLACK"

I like how bullets are a higher priority for this guy than food.

Look, if FEMA is planning their secret takeover conspiracies in local police department rooms with thin walls, I don't think we have much to worry about. Although New Orleans still might.

This would be a much more amusing video, if not for the string of recent mass murders by people killing immigrants, police officers and church members all because they believe this paranoid bullshit spread by Glenn Beck and Alex Jones.
