Aelric Looks like Abe's toy shop was in the bad part of town.
Caminante Nocturno This commercial presented a completely inaccurate depiction of how metroids acted in the game. That infuriated me as a child.
INFURIATED!!!
Screwtape I remember Toys R Us as being the *most* expensive place to get NES games. I don't think they ever reduced it below the manufacture retail price, even months/years after a release.
fluffy The only time I ever saw a discount on anything Nintendo-related at Toys 'R' Us was when the Virtual Boy was discontinued, and the system was like $30 and the games were $5. I really wish I decided to pick up as much as I could, but I was in college and I couldn't justify spending my entertainment budget on crap.
Seris Toy's R Us is the only place I'll go to buy really terrible games at a low price.
Dirge of Cerebrus? $3. Berenstein Bears All Star Summer Camp, $3. HORSEZ, $1. I regret nothing (other than how terrible these games are)
Goofy Gorilla I never even knew that console games could be discounted until the Playstation.
