Lurchi Oprah is terrible and crazy, but she deserves credit for popularizing McCarthy.
godot Do Ms Winfrey's public interests align with mine like Tom Snyder or Charlie Rose? No. But when one considers the spectrum of media personalities, and even just talk show hosts, one can do much (MUCH) worse than encouraging middle-aged women to spend their time reading, or endorsing Obama at a critical juncture.
