This is dumb, but sometimes it's hard not to get pissed at cops. I did something similar a long, long time ago. Some cop raced up to my parked car which was parked along a road at night, I was just sitting and talking with my girlfriend at the time outside a park which was still technically "open." He pulled up beside me and shined a spotlight right in our faces and said something akin to "you kids need to get the fuck out of here!" (I was 28 at the time), then he raced around behind me and shined the spot on us through the back of my car and kept honking his horn. I flipped him off or some shit and then did a quick u-turn to get back behind him so I could get the ID number on his car and other info, but he sped off presumably so I couldn't read it, so I followed him going about 60-70 and got my gf to jot down the numbers and then backed off, but he kept going up to about 80 with no lights on and into traffic and crowded areas. It was a dumb thing to do, I admit, and dangerous, but I fucking lost it. This guy really should have stopped after getting his numbers and such.

To be fair, the cop really shouldn't have been driving at 90 without his lights on. Guido puts on an even worse "waving of the dick" show however by handling a camera whilst speeding at 100 mph and flaunting his Jerseyian tongue.

A speeding cop killed one of my friends because he was speeding at night (120mph in a 45mph) in the rain and without his emergency lights on. Anyone, but ANYONE, driving like that on public streets should be arrested and convicted of attempted vehicular homicide or worse.

Both of the douche-nozzles in this video should explain their actions to my friend's family face to face.

Well a cop should not be driving that fast unless something is going on and he has lights on. In Taiwan cops always have their lights on. It was pretty weird when I first saw it. Cops driving slow with their lights on with nothing going on. I sill don't understand why they do it. But I do often see them blowing red lights and speeding, but then again everyone does that here.
