Toenails Oh okay. I didn't know what "Birthright" was, so I just stupidly assumed it was some sort of quick-pass in obtaining citizenship in Israel if you are Jewish or something.
But I looked it up on Wikipedia, so I got the basic understanding of how it works now and I feel so sorry for you and the locals.
Not that I can comprehend this totally, but what I'm getting is that this is like visiting Lawrence, KS (Home of Kansas University) during the school year and dealing with the popped-collar brigade in every bar scene or the unwashed hippy poseurs on every street corner.
