I never saw this show when I was a kid. I remember Donny & Marie, Sonny & Cher, Lawrence Welk and Hee Haw. The latter two were popular way into the 1980s, used to watch them with my grandfather. They were all kind of stupid but everyone watched them anyway, I have no idea why.
