Back when the army was composed of an alarming percentage of convicted felons.

It was a magical time for our armed services.

Thank god they're all gone and the racists, rapists, and retards can feel safe.

Since recruitment quotas weren't being met for sometime, we again have many convicted felons in our armed forces.

However, part of me thinks a few years in the the military might do a person who was going to go to prison some good, stripping them of their old personality and, if nothing else, teaching them discipline and a sense of social duty.

A friend of mine was in military school for a bit because his parents are silly. Him and his "unit" did this at the graduation ceremony. They were 12, and it went over very well.
