He knows about ED and /b/, and includes them in his comics. They troll him a lot, and I doubt he knows about every site that mocks him; that may not even be possible.

Also, apparently he finally lowered his requirements (used to be no fatties or redheads), and has a boyfriend-free girl, in real life!
