It looks like a generic Alfred Hitchcock directed this episode.

I love that first zoom into her eye with the reveal of that horrific wig. But as much as I liked that, five-starred for ragebots' comment.

I'm pretty sure it's spelled "methedrine."

So...she sees herself in her own flashback?

Sometimes I have visions of myself as a redhead taking part in a barn-raising, and I end up acting the same way.
