The final segment of the movie has some quite good fights. Everything prior to that do feel that it could improve more.

What Infamous is trying to say, me thinks, is that the fights here do look way too staged, the extras timing their entrance to the frame and all that stuff. That's the problem i had with Chocolate. In these days where Donnie Yen has set the mark so high with SPL and Flashpoint i think it's fair to demand better choreographies in movies. Tony should work with HK people already: Lau Kar Leung or Sammo. Both great choreographers.

Yeah, I agree. I like his work, but I'm thinking more and more that he's the successor to Seagal if anyone. I guess we'll have to wait and see if he packs on 200 pounds and whispers all his dialogue in the future.
