I might have rated this higher, except for two factors:
1 - I think it may have led to a lot of impressionable youngsters becoming involved in the "otherkin" culture.
2 - My baby sister forced us to watch this on video at least three times a week for a period of over two years.
Still, awesome voice talent and a not-altogether-awful plot.

Damn those polluting waterwheels. Carolinas is the fantasy version of NIMBY wind farm opponents.

Rape Van Winkle
I rented it a while back. I would have been better off keeping my childhood half-recollections.
Turns out my memories of this film were literally accurate, but I destroyed the feeling associated with them by watching it again as an adult.
Five stars to learn from my mistakes.
