I know this seems like it'd be faster than stopping the bike, but the fact that you gotta have a dude's ass in your face and you gotta have a crew driving beside you in a truck really slows the whole thing down. In short, I don't think this is actually a good way to change your tire.

I can't wait to say it in the future, "Well in my day we had to stop our bikes before we changed the tire!".
