What is it with this show and weird fetishes?

Riskbreaker - 2009-09-03

I think the demographic that this show is aiming is darker from what it seems. They made a "kiddie" show that is actually a window for all kind of weird sexual deviations.

Gojira1000 - 2009-09-03

Or, possibly, 13-16 year old girls are balls of fetish-y-ness?

Tuan Jim - 2009-09-03

CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP

Cleaner82 - 2009-09-03

My forming theory is that it's a way for the show to be sexually charged without triggering angry censors.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2009-09-03

I'm guessing the animators/writers were told "this anee-may stuff from Japan is popular. Make things like that," and the producers never followed-up.

Big Beef Burritos Supreme - 2009-09-04

I don't know if it's Japanese or not, but it seems to want a share in the same market, if you catch my drift.

dead_cat - 2009-09-04

They took a French show and dubbed it into English, that's what.

twinkieafternoon - 2009-09-03

"Once my lotion treatment has softened you up..."

Indeed.

CaptainJesusHood - 2009-09-03

Man, that last line ended differently than I thought it would.

BHWW - 2009-09-03

You can't really comprehend the awfulness until you've actually watched it. You can hear, "Oh, there's some weird fetish stuff going on in this stupid spy girl cartoon" but I wasn't expecting something this blatant. I'm surprised the word "yiff" wasn't used in the dialogue.

garcet71283 - 2009-09-04

It's like the internet had a baby and that baby became a children's cartoon.

Rum Revenge - 2009-09-04

As a bonus, they also managed to hit the uber-obscure eyebrow fetish.

Camonk - 2009-09-04

Well why wouldn't her clothes get smaller.

pastorofmuppets - 2009-09-04

If it was just this one episode I'd just assume they got strapped for ideas and combined Doctor Moreau with 101 Dalmations.

It's not just this one episode.

It strikes me as particularly odd that destroying the source of the infectious agent would suddenly and instantly cure everyone who was infected, but that's perhaps the smallest problem with this.
